Across Africa, many talented students and aspiring professionals struggle to access practical mentorship, collaborative engineering environments, and hands-on experience. Traditional education systems and tutorial-based learning often leave students with theoretical knowledge but little understanding of how real teams build products, collaborate, communicate, and ship solutions.
Over time, we noticed a recurring problem: many learners know how to consume tutorials, but very few know how to work on production-style projects, communicate asynchronously, manage workflows, or operate inside a real remote work environment. RemoteIT exists to close that gap.
