Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid programs, internship tracks, cohorts, and services offered through Techspance RemoteIT, operated by Techspance.

By enrolling in any Techspance RemoteIT program, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

Techspance RemoteIT programs are structured, time-bound internship experiences that include:

  • mentorship sessions
  • live or recorded learning sessions
  • access to curriculum materials
  • project-based learning cycles
  • evaluation and feedback systems
  • community and collaboration access

Because resources, mentorship planning, and cohort allocation begin immediately after enrollment, fees are generally considered commitment-based payments rather than pay-per-session services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

A. Before Program Start

A partial or full refund may be granted if:

  • the request is made before the official program kickoff
  • the participant has not accessed core learning materials
  • the cohort has not begun structured sessions

B. Technical or Payment Errors

Refunds may be granted if:

  • duplicate payments were made
  • incorrect charges occurred
  • system or payment gateway errors are confirmed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • after the program has started
  • after access to curriculum or resources has been granted
  • after participation in live sessions or mentorship activities
  • if the participant decides to withdraw voluntarily
  • due to lack of time, interest, or personal circumstances
  • if the participant fails to complete tasks or attend sessions
  • if expectations were misunderstood after enrollment

4. Cohort-Based Structure

Techspance RemoteIT operates in structured cohorts. Once a cohort begins:

  • mentor time is allocated
  • learning schedules are activated
  • team assignments are created
  • resources are distributed
  • evaluation systems are initiated

Because of this structure, refunds are limited after onboarding begins.

5. Program Transfers

In some cases, participants may request transfer to a different track, transfer to a future cohort, or temporary deferment.

Transfers are subject to:

  • availability
  • administrative approval
  • program alignment

Approval is not guaranteed.

6. Missed Participation

No refunds will be issued for:

  • missed classes
  • missed deadlines
  • lack of participation
  • technical issues on the participant’s side (internet, device, electricity, etc.)

Participants are responsible for ensuring they can actively engage in the program.

7. Payment Disputes

If a participant initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication with Techspance RemoteIT, access to the platform and related services may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage users to contact support first to resolve issues amicably.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • processing may take 5–14 business days depending on the payment provider
  • refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible

9. Fair Use Principle

Techspance RemoteIT reserves the right to deny refund requests that are abusive, repetitive, made in bad faith, or inconsistent with this policy. We aim to maintain fairness for both participants and the program structure.

Please include:

  • full name
  • email used during registration
  • program enrolled in
  • reason for request
  • proof of payment

11. Policy Updates

Techspance RemoteIT may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect operational changes, payment structure updates, or legal/compliance requirements. Continued participation in the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
