All payments are subject to our Refund Policy where applicable.

Users may not:

Users retain ownership of their own original projects and submissions unless otherwise agreed.

7. Acceptable Use

• or uninterrupted mentor availability.

Learning outcomes largely depend on participation, consistency, effort, and engagement.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their individual terms and policies. Techspance is not responsible for the availability or conduct of external services.

10. Certificates & Evaluations

Certificates may be issued based on participation, project completion, evaluations, attendance, and overall engagement.

Techspance RemoteIT reserves the right to withhold certificates, revoke certifications, or request additional evaluation requirements in cases involving misconduct, plagiarism, or non-compliance.

11. Project Submissions & Public Portfolios

Users may be encouraged to publish projects, create portfolios, deploy applications, and showcase work publicly.

Users remain responsible for:

• the content they publish,
• intellectual property compliance,
• and maintaining appropriate standards in public submissions.

Techspance RemoteIT may showcase selected student work for educational or promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

Techspance RemoteIT is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, error-free services, specific career outcomes, or uninterrupted third-party integrations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techspance shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, interruption of services, missed opportunities, or external platform failures.

13. Suspension & Termination
